Indianapolis is still on the list of the 20 cities that are competing for Amazon’s second Headquarters, but Amazon has announced that Boston will be the location for a new tech center, which will bring at least two-thousand new jobs to that city.
It’s not clear if the announcement in Boston holds any indication on what will happen with Amazon’s H-Q-2 announcement, which is expected later this year.
Amazon does have facilities in the Indy metro area, but, the addition of the H-Q-2 would mean an enormous complex, the addition of some 50-thousand jobs and infrastructure challenges.
