It’s Primary Election Day across Indiana and polls will be open until 6 o’clock this evening for persons to cast their ballots, if they haven’t done so already.
Election officials all across the state say early voting was nearly double this year compared to past years. Voters apparently like voting early at their convenience and avoiding long lines at the polls on Election Day.
Because of the need for legal photo I-D’s to cast a vote, Indiana license branches will be open until 6 p-m this evening for that sole purpose.
