Indiana Gas Prices Show Huge Increase In Past Year

Indiana heads into the Memorial Day weekend tied with California for the largest gas price increase in the U-S over the past year.
Oil industry analysts say the price of gas in Indiana has gone up 66-cents a gallon in the past 12-months.  The increase was partially driven by a 10-cent fuel tax increase enacted last year.
GasBuddy.com reports the average price for gas right now in Indiana is 2-95 a gallon…up nearly eight-cents from last week.
