Marion Community Schools will offer free physical exams to any local student planning to take part in athletics next school year.
The physicals will be for kids currently in 4th through 11th grades in Marion who plan to play sports next school year. They are required under Indiana High School Athletic Association rules.
The free physicals will be offered on a first-come first-served basis Wednesday afternoon starting at 5 in the Bill Green Athletic Arena. Students are asked to bring in the needed forms filled out for the exams. Those forms can be found on the Marion Schools website.
