A student pro-life group has sued Ball State University after the school denied funds to the organization…instead giving them to a pro-choice group, according to the suit.
The suit claims “Students For Life” requested money from student activity fees to hand out literature to assist students who are pregnant or are parents. Instead, the suit claims the school gave money from the same source to groups that promote abortion or alternative lifestyles.
