For the past week, a team of skilled pilots have trained in Marion for the United States and the World Advanced and Unlimited Aerobatic Championships.
Since last week, the pilots and their support crews used the Marion Municipal Airport to practice for the U-S competition in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. After they finish that competition, the pilots will return to Marion to rehearse for the World Championships in France in 2019.
The pilots will spend about a week in September training locally…practicing various stunts and routines for the Worldwide competition next year.
