For the second time in a month, an inmate has filed a lawsuit over conditions in the Delaware County jail.
Like another suit filed in June, the lawsuit filed Tuesday by Christopher Swisher…who was released from the jail last week…was hand-written, and prepared without the help of an attorney.
The suit names the jail and three corrections officers as defendants and refers to unsanitary conditions and other problems at the Delaware County Jail.
