Attorney General Curtis Hill is threatening to file a libel suit over a memo accusing him of inappropriate touching…but not against the women making the accusations.
Attorney Kevin Betz charges that articles in Indiana newspapers by two of Hill’s accusers don’t match the details in the memo sent to legislative leaders. He says he’s not accusing the women of lying, but charges whoever compiled the information “fabricated” more serious accusations.
Betz says he’s still gathering information before going forward with a lawsuit.
