The Muncie Symphony Orchestra will present a free concert tonight at the Minnetrista Center starting at 7.
Picnic and Pops is part of the orchestra’s Summer State Fest. Those attending tonight should bring blankets and lawn chairs and picnic dinners are also welcome.
