The moratorium on granting permits for Confined Animal Feeding Operations in Delaware County has been extended while a committee investigating rules for such operations finishes its’ work.
The committee told the Commissioners they needed more time that the October first deadline they were facing. Because of that, the Commissioners extended the deadline on the moratorium to January first.
