The Delaware County Council has formally approved its’ 2019 budget, with a 30-million dollar spending plan for next year that includes raises for employees.
Most Delaware County employees will receive a one-thousand dollar increase in pay. Health Department workers will receive raises of three-percent each.
County officials say Delaware County is in a better financial situation than it was just one year ago.
