McCormick Won’t Seek Re-election For State School Supt.

Indiana State Superintendent of Public Education Doctor Jennifer McCormick will not run for a second term.
The former Yorktown Schools Superintendent made the announcement at a Monday press conference, while laying out the organization’s agenda and goals for the next legislative session.
McCormick was elected in 2016 after defeating Democrat incumbent Glenda Ritz.   She has not announced her future plans.
