Former Van Buren Marshal Faces New Charges

Indiana State Police say the former Town Marshal in Van Buren faces new charges and has apparently left the state.
Donald Bosley was arrested earlier this year on charges of Burglary and Theft for allegedly breaking into a home in Van Buren and stealing medication.  He was seen on home surveillance video…in uniform…entering the home and taking the medications while he was Town Marshal.  Bosley was fired shortly after charges were filed against him.  He was released on bond at the time.
Now, State Police say Bosley broke into his mother’s home and took medication, then left the state.  A warrant has been issued for his arrest for violation of his bond and for taking the drugs from his mother.  Investigators say Bosley may be in Georgia.
