Skaggs Running For Kokomo City Council

Republican Jason Skaggs has announced that he’s running for an at-large spot on the Kokomo City Council.
Skaggs has been a member of the City Parks Board and the City Plan Commission and has worked for many years at Fiat-Chrysler in Kokomo.
