Ken Hill Dies Saturday

The man who kept Grant County residents up to date on sports of all kinds year round has died.
Ken Hill…who published the “Sports Hotline” for more than 45 years…died Saturday after a long illness.  He was 84.
Hill spent several years at the “Chronicle-Tribune,” then started the Sports Hotline” in June of 1971.  It became the longest standing one-county local weekly sports newspaper in the United States.
Funeral services for Ken Hill are set for Thursday in Marion.
