Indiana Court of Appeals To Hold Hearing Tuesday At Taylor U.

The Indiana Court of Appeals will hear an actual appeal on a murder case Tuesday…not at the Indiana Statehouse, but at Taylor University in Upland.
Court of Appeals spokesperson Ashley Reed says the justices take several cases a year on the road to educational sites like Taylor so students can learn about the legal system.  She says the case in question will not be an all-day event.
The Court of Appeals will hold the hearing at the Hodson Dining Commons at Taylor, starting at 10 o’clock Tuesday morning.  The event is open to the students at Taylor, as well as the general public.
