District 31 State Representative Kevin Mahan of Hartford City has received the National Federation of Independent Business’ “Guardian of Small Business” Award.
The award is the National Federation of Independent Business’ highest honor, and is reserved for lawmakers who demonstrate leadership and consistency in supporting small businesses.
Mahan, himself, owns a small business…an insurance agency in his hometown of Hartford City.
