This Saturday is the annual National Association of Letter Carriers “Stamp Out Hunger Postal Food Drive,” and the Salvation Army of Marion is in need of volunteers to help in picking up food along postal routes, sorting and packing food into boxes, or transporting food to The Salvation Army.
Anyone interested in volunteering is asked to call the Salvation Army of Marion at 765-664-6536.
The Salvation Army is partnering with other food pantries and the National Association of Letter Carriers. The food drive helps stock the Salvation Army’s food pantry to help neighbors in need.
