Herring wins national scholarship

Victoria Herring, director of Business Development and Operations for the Grant County Economic Growth Council, has received a National Scholarship for economic development professionals.
The scholarship offers an opportunity through the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute for Herring to earn 45 credits toward a certification program.  She recently completed a 40 credit segment on real estate and credit analysis.
Herring is one of 2 recipients nationwide of the Ruffin Scholarship.
