Indiana State Police have identified the man that died in the fatal hit-and-run on I-465 early Sunday morning.
Now, police are looking for the car, and the driver, that killed 21-year-old Jaciel Quiala.
Indiana State Police are now asking the public in the area to look for a dark blue or black Kia Soul with front end damage, and call them with any information.
