Customer grazed by bullet in botched Muncie bank robbery

There was a botched robbery and a shooting inside a bank in Muncie yesterday.
A customer inside PrimeTrust Federal Credit Union on S. Madison Street tried to stop the robbery, which took place around noon, according to The Star Press newspaper.
The would-be robber left the bank and rode away on a bike. He has been described as a white male wearing sunglasses, a gray sweatshirt or sweater, a grey/black backpack, khaki shorts and a black hat.
The man who was shot has a “minor wound” and refused medical treatment.
