Black and Minority Health Fair kicks off today

Increasing awareness of chronic diseases for minorities is the main goal of the Indiana Black and Minority Health Fair.
The fair is from today through Sunday at the Indiana Convention Center.
State Health Commissioner Kristina Box says the free screenings available range from blood pressure, HIV/AIDS testing, hepatitis C, and dental screenings among other things. Professionals will be there to provide advice on healthy eating, exercise, and ways to quit using tobacco.
