Delaware County worker allegedly took photo up woman’s skirt in the county’s building

The urge to take an upskirt photo of a woman in the Delaware County Building has cost a county worker his job.
Glenn Pickett, 27, is accused of using his cell phone to take the photo on July 26 as the woman walked in a stairwell.
The woman, also a county government worker, told police she realized Pickett had “taken a picture up her skirt” and confronted him.
Pickett is charged with public voyeurism and could spend up to a year in jail.
He has been dismissed from his job at the Delaware County clerk’s office, according to The Star Press newspaper.
