Amazon plans to donate unsold products, after being found out it destroyed them

Amazon has announced a new program that actually seems like a “no-brainer” when you think about it.

The program is called Fulfillment by Amazon Donations and will allow third-party sellers to donate their excess and returned goods.

Starting in September, the company plans to align itself with charities and nonprofits in the United States and the United Kingdom.

It comes after several investigations found that Amazon destroys unsold products.
