An Indianapolis woman will avoid jail time after she stole over $100,000 from the company she used to work for.
The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office says Kyle Diane Fleece, who was the bookkeeper for Integrated Technology Resources, was charged with theft and pleaded guilty in August.
As part of the plea deal, Fleece will serve one year of probation and have to pay back the $157,507 she stole from the company from May 2017 to July 2018 to pay for car payments, rent and medical bills.
