The Indiana Department of Environmental Management is reporting a fish kill on Pipe Creek near Marion. The investigation revealed elevated chlorine and ammonia levels. The cause is still being investigated. The information was sent to IDEM by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources on Wednesday.
