Miller Pipeline will have the area on E. 38th St. at the Norfolk Southern Railroad tracks, by the VA Hospital, down to one lane.
They are boring a gas line under the tracks and heavy equipment will be in the vicinity. This work will begin Oct. 16-30.
Flaggers or a traffic signal will be used to keep one lane open during working hours
