Mixing with Mandi

ok recipe time! This is the White Bean Chicken Chili I made that’s 0 points on WW.

 

  • 2 lbs chicken breast (cooked in the oven 400 degrees at 15 min)
  • 2 tsp cumin ( I did taco seasoning instead)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 24 oz White Northern Beans
  • 14 oz. canned corn, drained and rinsed
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 4 cups fat free chicken broth
  • one onion cut up

 

I added avocado and nonfat greek yogurt plus fresh cilantro(not picured)
It’s gonna be lunch everyday, meal prep at its finest! haha.
