A Purdue University fraternity and a student have been suspended after a reported rape at an event in Clinton County.
18-year-old Richard Chan was arrested after a woman says he attacked her and raped her at the fraternity event.
WLFI says Sigma Tau Gamma has been suspended, pending a further investigation.
The Purdue freshman has been suspended from the university as well.
