A vegan restaurant is celebrating its grand opening this Friday in Gas City.
It’s called the Rabbit Food Café. Their mission is to empower health-conscious Grant County residents through organic farm-to-table and whole-food plant-based nutrition options.
The grand opening is this Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., which is also World Vegan Day.
They’re located at 202 W. Main St. in Gas City.
The café offers smoothies, a juice bar and shakes in addition to their plant-based food.
