Expect rain, possible snow on Halloween night

When you go Trick-or-Treating on Halloween night, you can expect rain and cold temperatures. Maybe even some snow.
National Weather Service of Indianapolis Meteorologist Mike Koch says almost the entire state will see rain on Wednesday and Thursday.
Wind gusts of 30-40 miles per hour will also be a problem, making temperatures on Thursday night as low as 24 degrees.
You can expect cold temperatures to stick around Friday morning, with wind chills in the 20s.
