State Rep. Ann Vermilion will host several public meetings on Wednesday, Nov. 20 to gather feedback from local Hoosiers before the legislative session begins in January.
Vermilion invites constituents to attend 1 of 4 meetings across House District 31:
8:30-9:30 a.m. at Carrie’s Restaurant, located at 619 W. Huntington St. in Montpelier;
10-11:15 a.m. at Common Grounds, located at 205 W. Washington St. in Hartford City;
1:45-3 p.m. at the YMCA of Grant County, located at 123 Sutter Way in Marion; and
3:30-5 p.m. at Jackie’s Restaurant, located at 105 N. Harrisburg Ave. in Gas City.
“As a new legislator, I’m committed to representing House District 31,” Vermilion said. “This listening tour gives me an opportunity to connect with my community, and listen to issues and passions that are center to their lives. Their insight will be invaluable to me as I begin my very first legislative session. Who knows what ideas may come from these meetings. I’m looking forward to spending my time with constituents.”
