A Marion man is being charged in a Wisconsin cold case.
Fifty-two-year-old Willie Coleman is accused of strangling and running over 40-year-old Lula Cunnigan in 1994.
Police say they found Coleman after a 2015 DNA match.
He’s being held in the Grant County Jail for an unrelated crime.
