Grant County Rescue Mission remaining open, services to continue

The Grant County Rescue Mission announces their facilities will remain open and services will continue to be available.
“Your Grant County Rescue Mission is committed to serving the many men, women, and children in need in our community and as such, our facilities will remain open and services will continue to be available,” the organization said in a news release.
Breakfast is served at 7 a.m. daily, lunch is served at noon Monday through Saturday and served at 1 p.m. on Sunday, and dinner is served at 5 p.m. daily.
“We take the health of our residents, guests, volunteers, and staff very seriously and are dedicated to the safety and cleanliness of our facilities year-round,” the organization added. “In recent weeks, we have implemented and will maintain an even more rigorous cleaning and disinfecting schedule.”
If you are scheduled to volunteer and are sick or generally do not feel well, please contact LeeAnna at leeanna@mygcrm.org and she will reschedule your volunteer service for a later date.
The organization said they expect even more people in the community to rely on its services in the weeks ahead and is asking for donations at mygcrm.org/donate/.
