How to get more exercise during your work day!

I got this from Weight Watchers but thought I’d pass along to you! I’m trying to lose 20 more pounds by September!!!

 

  1. set an alarm on your phone to get up and walk around for a few
  2. don’t fill your cup of water so you have to walk to the water bottle to get more plus it will stay cold that way.
  3. when texting someone stand up and pace while doing that(unless you’re hiding texting at work,lol)
