Second Harvest Food Bank of East Central Indiana will hold a tailgate food distribution in the parking lot of the old Borg-Warner plant in Muncie Thursday morning for needy Delaware County residents. Gates will open at 6 a-m.
The free food will be handed out Thursday morning from 9 to 11 or until the food is all gone. There will be a limit of three families per vehicle during the giveaway.
