A privately-developed apartment complex is being planned near the IU-Kokomo campus that’s designed for students.
University Park will have space for as many as 125 students and will be built by 6-G Properties. Construction on the project should begin later this year and be completed in June or July of 2019.
IU-Kokomo is the fastest-growing of the Indiana University branch campuses and Kokomo officials say the housing units could aid in that growth.
