The city of Muncie has chosen a New Jersey developer for the city’s downtown riverfront redevelopment plan, which wants 75-million dollars in new commercial and residential space over a wide area.
Sora Northeast L-L-C, a New Jersey-based company, will implement the plan, which includes commercial space for restaurants, retail and offices, on the first floor of several new buildings with apartments above.
The plan has been in the works for downtown Muncie for several years.
