The longtime Director of Camp Crosley in Muncie plans to retire.
Richard Armstrong has been the Y-M-C-A of Muncie’s Vice-President of Association Resources, but his biggest impact has been the last 22-years as Director of Camp Crosley.
An Open House honoring Armstrong wil be held at the Minnetrista Center on August 13th.
