Muncie Community Schools begins a new school year today probably like no other one before.
Ball State University is now in charge of Muncie Schools, following approval of the Indiana Legislature in the spring. A new school board, new leadership and other changes…yet school officials say students and teacher will see the start of the new year in pretty much the same fashion as they have in the start of other years…with excitement.
It all begins today.
