A Ball State Fraternity has been shut down, effective immediately.
Theta Chi’s national headquarters in Carmel said in a statement Wednesday that the Ball State charter was revoked for “confirmed violations of Theta Chi policies.”
As a result, the university has withdrawn its recognition of the Theta Chi chapter, which was the oldest fraternity on campus.
