The long-awaited opening of Texas Roadhouse in Marion will apparently take place in early November.
Mayor Jess Alumbaugh said Friday that what’s called “a soft opening” of the restaurant will take place on November 2nd. A formal grand opening will take place a few days later.
The opening of Texas Roadhouse has been anticipated for months as construction finally began and then picked up steam recently. The restaurant will be located south on the Marion Bypass, in front of the University Place Shopping Center.
