Big changes have taken place for Markland Avenue in Kokomo. The street has two-way traffic once again between Apperson Way and Washington Street, effective immediately.
Other changes include the intersection of Markland and Main Street is temporarily an all-way stop. The intersection of Union Street and Markland Avenue is no longer an all-way stop.
Other changes in traffic patterns will occur as work progresses.
