The entire Indiana Legislature is now subject to sexual harassment policies. A unanimous House vote Thursday approved a policy similar to the one adopted by the Senate two weeks ago.
This is the first time state lawmakers are covered by a specific sexual harassment policy. It bans any sexual conduct with interns, even if it is consensual.
