A Ball State University study says companies that place a higher emphasis on their employees may be more innovative than others.
The Ball State Institute for Entrepreneurship and Free Enterprise found companies placing an emphasis on employees are more proactive on both internal and external issues. Researchers say a manager’s priorities toward internal and external issues indicate that if a company seeks to be more innovative, it should strongly consider the interests of its employees in strategy and operations.
