The Indiana State Police are taking the investigation into the murders of Delphi teens Abby Williams & Libby German in a new direction. At noon today, ISP Superintendent Doug Carter will be making an announcement on behalf of the Multi-Agency Taskforce at The Canal Center in Delphi, and the public is welcome to attend.
