Allen Ray Harrison Jr., age 38, had pleaded guilty to criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, a Level 6 felony carrying up to 30 months in prison. According to The Star Press, Blackford Circuit Court Judge Brian Bade in accepted a plea agreement that called for five other charges pending against Harrison – neglect of a dependent, carrying a handgun without a license, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana – to be dismissed.
