A Marion man is in the Delaware County Jail on a variety of charges after a weekend incident in the emergency department of IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie.
Arrested was 32 year old Tavarious Jermaine Turner, who is being held under a 30,000 dollar bond. Turner allegedly hit, kicked and spit at hospital nurses, as well as making threatening remarks. It was not reported why Turner was at the hospital to begin with.
Turner has already been convicted of drug and gun-related charges in Grant County.
