Kokomo police arrested a man for murder and attempted murder in a December shooting.
21 year old Marcus A. Stone of Kokomo, who was already incarcerated in Howard County on unrelated charges, was arrested on a warrant Tuesday.
The case dates back to December 9th when 50 year old Keith Jewell of Kokomo died from a gunshot wound. 55 year old John Whitehead of Kokomo was also shot the same day, but he survived.
Stone is being held without bond.
