Howard County’s unemployment numbers from April are at 6.8 percent, putting them at the top of the list for jobless figures last month.
The Indiana Department of Workforce Development’s numbers also have Miami and Cass Counties rated in the state’s top 10 for unemployment, while Grant, Blackford, Madison and Delaware counties all ranked in the top 20 for statewide jobless numbers.
 Indiana’s 92 counties as a whole put the state at 3.1 percent unemployment for April.
